FEES: $285 (Tax included). Prior payment is required to reserve a seat.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Participants will not be able to cancel for this workshop. Seats can be transferred to friends and we will do everything we can to find a replacement as there is usually a wait-list for these workshops.
VIDEO CLIPS: Students are required to bring a Standard SD Card to classes & workshops so they may review their work outside of class.
Judy Lee – Judy Lee is an award winning Vancouver casting director. Winning a Leo for The Romeo Section. Judy is an extremely busy casting for Film & TV including Features, MOWs, and TV series. She has already cast 13 projects in 2019!
Her entry into casting was a serendipitous twist of fate and she considers herself blessed to work in the Vancouver film/tv community. Her inspirations are the actors who come into her casting sessions and demonstrate unwavering courage and commitment and her young daughter who teaches her the beauty and bravery of picking one’s self up after falling and continuing on the journey. This is a great opportunity to be seen and given feedback on your work.
Stellina Rusich has had a rewarding and varied career in the arts. Over her 35 year career she has worked in all facets of the acting industry. First as a performer, then as a Director, Composer, Teacher and Acting Coach. She taught the Full time acting program at School Creative, (now Vancouver Acting School) for six years as well as maintaining a private coaching business.
She has appeared in over 60 commercials and numerous Stage, TV and Film roles. Most notable TV & Film credits include: Terminal City, Carpool with David Paymer, Unforgettable opposite Ray Liotta, and Tony Shalhoub’s wife on Monk, the Television series.
Stage performances include: Amadeus, Merchant of Venice, Are You Lonesome Tonight, Women in Bed, Night of the Iguana, Little Shop of Horrors, Dark of the Moon, Pal Joey, Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum, The Sunshine Boys, Anne of Green Gables, Kiss Me Kate, and many others. These performances have taken her from the Cincinnati Playhouse, to the Citadel Theatre, Stratford Festival, Stage West, Charlottetown Festival, and the North Pole.
Directing Credits include: Almost Maine, Mental the Musical, Stiff Cuffs, Italian American Reconciliation, Four Dogs and a Bone, Twenty Something, Pizza Man, Farewell Ambrosia, Misconduct and many School Creative and VAS showcases.
Stellina has been a dialogue coach for the past 7 years on ‘Mr. Young’ , ’SomeAssembly Required’, 2 sit-coms produced by Thunderbird Productions Mech X4 season one, and Fast Layne produced by Disney and shot in Maple Ridge and Abbostford B.C.
